Poverty represents the percentage of the population living in poverty in 2009 (from census.gov). Crime represents the violent crime rate per 100,000 population in 2009 (from census.gov). College indicates the percentage of high school graduates going directly to college in 2008 (from nces.ed.gov). Bachelors shows the percentage of the state's population with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Metro shows the percentage of the population living in a metropolitan area in 2010 (from statehealthfacts.org). Income represents the median income per household in US$ for 2010 (from census.gov).
