e.The parameters for part E home search was a single family home in Kailua Kona, which had at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and were between 1500 sq ft and 3200 sq ft. According to the data the average cost of a home in Kailua Kona which fits these requirements is between $779,995 and $1,255,075.
