About groups
StatCrunch Groups allow users to form clusters around common interests and share data sets, results and reports within the group. As an example, students taking the same statistics course might form a group.

A group can also be used to collect content focused on a specific topic. For example, a single user might want to create a group featuring a number of data sets and analysis results on a specific topic such as sports or politics.

These data are from a survey of traffic violations; participants could report on up to 4 incidents. Had Ticket: 0 = No, 1 = Yes; Tickets = Number of tickets received in life; Warnings = Number of warnings (i.e., pulled over but no ticket) in life; Age at incident; Reason for incident; How far over the speed limit the citation was for; Time# and Time both indicate time of day of incident; Road indicates where incident occurred; Utah = Whether incident occurred in Utah (0 = No, 1 = Yes); as well as the make, model, and category of the car.

Ranking of U.S. national universities in 2014. Variables include the ranking, university name, city, state, type (public or private), tuition in-state, tuition out-of-state, enrollment, acceptance rate, freshman retention rate and 6-year graduation rate.
